PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test method and a test apparatus for properly and efficiently evaluate the properties of quasi-high fluidity concrete or plastic fresh concrete. SOLUTION: A forced slump flow test apparatus 1 comprises a slump cone 2, a conical member 3 and a flat plate 4. The conical member 3 is placed in the slump cone 2 and a test is carried out in the same manner as a conventional slump flow test method to measure an expanse of a sample on the flat plate 4 as a compulsory slump flow value. The compulsory slump flow value becomes larger than a conventional slump flow value since the sample flows down on a conical face of the conical member. As a test method for evaluating the flowability of quasi-high fluidity concrete, the present test method can provide more sensitive evaluation than the conventional slump flow test method.
