PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to set freely and hold information which a user desires, a data pattern, sampling conditions and an alarm temperature. SOLUTION: A high order controller can designate data and data format which an encoder sends out before native encoder communication. This state can be stored. The high order controller can designate sampling conditions of position data before the native encoder communication. This state can be stored. The high order controller sends an alarm level of temperature abnormality to the encoder before the native encoder communication.
