PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curtain wall with a metal frame which prevents the play of a concrete-based panel by enhancing strength and rigidity, prevents, for example, the deformation of the metal frame and the generation of cracks in the concrete-based panel and a locking member, and has excellent durability. SOLUTION: In this curtain wall with the metal frame 30, the metal frame 30 is fixedly provided on the peripheral end surface of the concrete-based panel 20 in which a reinforcing bar 10 is embedded. At least four anchor members 40, in which locking parts 41 are opened outward from end surfaces, are embedded in the panel 20, and fixed to the reinforcing bars 10, respectively. The locking part 41 of at least one anchor member 40 is opened in each long-side end surface; the locking part 41 of each anchor member 40 and the metal frame 30 are bound with each other by the locking member 50; and a mortar material 60 is infilled between the panel 20 and the metal frame 30.
