PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste can cutting processor which uses a material stirrer for construction to allow used empty cans to be cut with a cutter, easily and savingly performs cutting works for a can volume reduction, and achieves the effective streamlining of waste cans disposal without environmental contamination caused by construction materials. SOLUTION: This is the cutting processor for cutting a waste can A on a turntable 3 of the material stirrer for construction 1 by using this stirrer 1. In the processor, a cutting paddle 11 contains one side vertical section 12 pivoted by a paddle arm 4 of the stirrer 1 and the opposite side vertical section 13 to be inserted into the waste can A on the turntable 3, additionally a shearing blade 15 of the waste can A is provided on the lower end of the opposite side vertical section 13.
