PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a float obtained by paying attention to a result of research on attachment to the float, surface current of sea, or the like, having a simple structure, hardly causing reduction of buoyancy and preventing attachment of marine organisms or the like. SOLUTION: The float usable for maintenance or the like of floatation of fishing net is an internally threading type float having a through hole through which a rope is passed at the center part. The float also has balance weights for guiding and promoting the rotation of the float, at the vicinity of the inside or the outside of the periphery surface of the float in the direction perpendicular to the axis direction of the through hole.
