PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cargo box structure capable of mounting, dismounting, and replacing simply on a panel basis of a side panel and a front panel in a cargo box of a truck and realizing speedy repair/replacement works at reduced cost. SOLUTION: In the conventional cargo box of the truck constituted by connecting peripheral fringe parts of a panel member having a substantially flat shape mutually, connection arms UR3, LR3 extending in the vertical direction of each panel are protrudedly provided on an upper rail UR and a lower rail LR of the side panel SP. Connection arms SR3 extending in the horizontal direction of each panel are protrudedly provided on left and right side rails SR of a ceiling panel RP. A connection arm UW1 extending in the upward direction is protrudedly provided on a lower frame member UW fixed to a lateral joist N of the truck. Furthermore, the connection arms UR3, SR3 corresponding each on the upper rail UR of the side panel SP and the side rail SR of the ceiling panel RP are mutually connected, and the connection arms LR3, UW1 corresponding each on the lower rail LR of the side panel SP and the lower frame member UW are mutually connected.
