PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid graphite crusher capable of recycling solid graphite. SOLUTION: The solid graphite crusher comprises a crushing part 20 for crushing the solid graphite thrown between a rotating edge 36 and a fixing edge 26 into powder having a predetermined particle size, and a measure part 40 arranged at the lower part of the crushing part 20, storing the falling graphite powder, and discharging the graphite powder to the outside when the capacity of the graphite powder reaches a predetermined value.
