PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil mist removing apparatus having a simple structure, requiring little maintenance, and removing oil in gas, water and metal dust in an atmosphere wherein oil, water and metal dust are floated in a fine state. SOLUTION: The apparatus has a main body with a cylindrical inner wall surface having the axial center in the vertical direction, an induction pipe for feeding gas containing oil, water and metal dust in the nearly horizontal direction not crossing the axial center, an exhaust pipe for exhausting the gas in the lower center inside the main body, bypass wherein the inside part of the cylinder from the induction pipe to the exhaust pipe is partitioned into a labyrinth form by partition boards, and oil/water transportation pipes for transporting oil and water trapped over the bypass to the lower part of the main body.
