PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hand-writing papers, on which a hand-writing area for writing computer-readable hand-written information laid out to be wide.

SOLUTION: A system S for reading hand-written information is provided, independently of the system S, with a hand-writing paper T with a writing area for hand-written information and functional paper K with a writing area for functional information, indicating each treatment function to be performed to the hand-written information, and comprises a read means 11 for automatically reading the hand-written information written in the write area for the hand-written information and the function information written in the write area for the functional information; a conversion means 12 for converting the hand-written information read out by the read means into electronic data; and a function determining means 13 for determining functions suggested by the functional information.
