<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording method by which concealed lettering and the like can be printed and the formed concealed lettering can be distinguished more easily. <P>SOLUTION: This recording method uses an ink set consisting of at least three different color inks such as a yellow ink (Y), a magenta ink (M) and a cyan ink (C) and not less than one kind of specific color ink with a hue angle other than the hue angles of YMC. In addition, this method comprises (i) the step to tone the colors and record the toned colors on a recording medium using at least one kind selected from among the yellow ink (Y), the magenta ink (M) and the cyan ink (C) and one or more kinds of the specific ink and (ii) the step to tone the colors and record the toned colors on the recording medium using at least one kind selected from among the yellow ink (Y), the magenta ink (M) and the cyan ink (C). The colors recorded in the step (i) and the colors recorded in the step (ii) are substantially the same under an optional light source, but under an optional other light source, the colors are toned so as to differentiate them from each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
