<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a glass ceramic multilayer substrate corresponding to a temperature range of the thermal decomposition temperature of organic binders and the softening point of inorganic powder in a photosensitive glass ceramic green sheet and a non-photosensitive glass ceramic green sheet which should be regulated. <P>SOLUTION: The laminated body formed by laminating a plurality of glass ceramic green sheets, has the photosensitive glass ceramic green sheet (A) containing the inorganic powder (a-1) and the photosetting organic binder (a-2) and the non-photosensitive glass ceramic green sheet (B) containing the inorganic powder (b-1) and the organic binder (b-2) and satisfies relations (1)-(3).
