<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contents operation display unit which is operated with a voice. <P>SOLUTION: A contents acquisition analyzing part 103 extracts a character string indicating an anchor and the link destination information from an HTML file, and transmits them to a recognition target data list managing part 104. A voice recognition processing part 109 inputs a voice signal uttered by a user, and detects predetermined recognition character string data from the voice signal from the recognition data list registered in the recognition target data list managing pat 104, and transmits it with the corresponding link destination character string to a contents operating part 110. The contents operating part 110 transmits the acquisition, analysis, and display instruction of contents designated by the link destination character string to a contents acquiring and analyzing part 103.
