<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voting right management system for a stockholders' general meeting electronically exercising voting rights of stockholders and monitoring an issue company. <P>SOLUTION: This management system manages voting rights exercise data of stock holders till a previous day of the stockholders' general meeting, and the issue company's terminal manages the voting rights exercise data of the stock holders on the day of the stockholders' general meeting. The management system reads the paper exercises of the stockholders by a first scanner, inputs them into a first information processing means, and receives electronic exercise data transmitted form stockholders' terminals. The first information processing means totals the voting rights exercise data exercised on paper and the voting rights exercise data executed electronically, and stores them in stockholders database. The management system transmits the data of the stockholders database to the stockholders'terminals via a network, and the stockholders' terminals read the paper exercises of the stockholders on the day of the stockholders' general meeting by a second scanner, input them in a second information processing means, total the voting rights exercise data transmitted form the management system and the voting rights exercise data on the day read by the second scanner and manage them. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
