PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide large straps for a shoulder belt of a knapsack which reduces a burden on the body of a child by fitting to the shoulders from the beginning of using them and which suppresses stinking, stickiness, etc. caused by sweat and moisture by improving permeability. SOLUTION: In each of the large straps (c), (o), (p) and (q) of the shoulder belt (n) for the knapsack, its shoulder pad part (g) has a long hole (d) of a necessary width and length on a center line in a longitudinal direction, and both of the sides in a width direction divided by the long hole are constituted as side belt parts (e) and (f). Thus, each of the side belt parts (e) and (f) can be deformed separately from the other, so that they are easy to follow the shapes of the shoulders and fit to the shoulders from the beginning of using them. As the result of this, the burden is not applied to the body of the child who carries knapsack on the back.
