PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a greenhouse effect gas concentration measurement device capable of precisely measuring the concentration of a greenhouse effect gas contained in the atmosphere under a very severe environment such as the stratosphere. SOLUTION: In this concentration measurement device having an air flow tube 3, through which air taken in from the atmosphere is let to flow at a predetermined flow rate, and a measurement device body 7 measuring a concentration of CO<SB>2</SB>contained in the air passing through the air flow tube 3, a silicone rubber heater 12 heating the air before entering the measurement device body 7 is arranged in the air flow tube 3.
