PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for particularly monitoring the condition of a superstructure of a fixed track, allowing easiest possible monitoring work at regular intervals, while solving the problem that various changes in seatings of the fixed track are caused by material fatigue, material destruction or other aging deterioration processes and they should be monitored all times if possible and corrected in some cases. SOLUTION: A height sensor system assembled in a measuring vehicle and preferably formed as a laser scanning system is provided for determining the height of a tension clamp 7 and/or a rail leg 9 and/or a sleeper 2.
