PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning/reproducing device of coolant, improved in cleaning efficiency, reduced in size, enabling concurrent using of two kinds of coolants, economically enhanced, and contributing to protection of natural environment. SOLUTION: This cleaning/reproducing device for concurrently performing both inside cleaning of the water cooled engine system and reproducing processing of the coolant, comprises: an engine side connection part Y; a radiator side connection part Z; and a connection part X for coolant suction in a radiator. A pair of circulation cleaning/reproducing circuits connected to the engine side connection part Y, the radiation side connection part Z and the connection part X for coolant suction is respectively individually connected to discharge openings 23, 25 and suction openings 24, 26 of pumps of a diaphragm pump 1. A supply device 9 of air, oxygen, ozone, or ion is connected to the circulation cleaning/reproducing circuits. A pipe line having observation windows 7a, 7b and opening/closing valves 6a, 6b and communicating with tanks 3a, 3b is connected to a pipe line g which connects the discharge openings of diaphragm pumps 1a, 1b with the engine side connection part.
