The invention relates to a system (100) comprising an electrically-active optical component (20) which is connected to a flexible electronic board (10), whereby said active optical component is intended to be aligned with an optical system (30). According to the invention, the electronic board consists of a flexible circuit with a high density of interconnections, known as a HDI flexible circuit, and the upper longitudinal face thereof comprises a metal solder area (6) which is in contact with a microwave transmission track of the HDI flexible circuit. Moreover, one of the faces of the aforementioned active optical component, which is known as the contact face (20a), comprises a metal contact pad which is aligned directly with the metal solder area (6) when said active optical component is turned over onto the HDI flexible circuit. The invention also relates to a piece of optoelectronic equipment containing one such system and to the production method of same.
