The frame (10) has a front (11) and back (12) pipe joined by a connecting (14) pipe. A supporting pipe (13) is joined at the bottom end to the back pipe, and at the top end to the top connecting element (15). A transverse bar (131), enclosed by a sleeve (31) possessing a vertical slide-bar (32) and joined to a tread-board (30), is on each side of the top end of the support-pipe. A hydraulic cylinder (40) is linked at one end to the tread-board's underside, and, at the other end, to the front pipe in the middle of which is the lower connecting element (16)..a transmission (20) contains a pipe with pin (21) on both sides moved by the vertical slide-bar.
