PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of a stress-relieving food containing red ginseng, Gastrodia elata and Rehmannia radix crudus Libosch juice as main ingredients. The manufactured food is capable of long-term storage, and easily administered. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of stress-relieving food containing red ginseng, Gastrodia elata and Rehmannia radix crudus Libosch juice as main ingredients comprises the steps of: double-boiling crushed Rehmannia radix crudus Libosch, and its juice mixed with Fraxinus rhynchophylla Hance. and Amomum xanthioides Wallich. in a hemp cloth bag to give their extract; double-boiling roasted Gardenia jasminoides Ellis. and roasted Zizyphus vulgaris var. spinosus Bge. to give their extract; mixing 30-45 part by weight of the extract of Rehmannia radix crudus Libosch juice, 3-10 part by weight of the extract of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis. and roasted Zizyphus vulgaris var. spinosus Bge., 5-20 part by weight of red ginseng powder, 12-25 part by weight of Poria cocos powder, and 3-18 part by weight of Gastrodia elata powder, and double-boiling the mixture in a pot for 2-3 days; cooling the boiled mixture to normal temperature, adding honey syrup thereto and aging them; and concentrating the product to be gelled by double-boiling for 1 day. |
