<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic switch which takes a desired switching state speedily and surely. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic switch (1) is provided with: at least one transistor (Q1); an input port (In) which is connected to a source terminal (S) and wherein an input signal (Vin) appears; an output port (Out) which is connected to a drain terminal and wherein a switched signal (Vout) appears; and a control port (Con) which is connected to a gate terminal (G) and wherein a signal (Vc) appears for controlling a switch device (Sw) to produce two switching states in accordance with changes of the electronic switch (1) and the control signal (Vc). In at least one switching state, the control signal (Vc) is partially generated from a correcting signal (Sc) generated from the input signal (Vin), thereby at least partially correcting a voltage drop depending on a frequency between a drain/source channel of the transistor (Q1) and a gate electrode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
