METHOD OF MANUFACTURING BLAST FURNACE SLAG FINE AGGREGATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing blast furnace slag fine aggregate adapted to JIS standard at a low cost by properly crushing blast furnace water-granulated slag. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the blast furnace slag fine aggregate is performed by fixing the collision speed of a blast furnace water-granulated slag particle based on the properties or the like of the blast furnace water-granulated slag particle manufactured by being cooled with water and solidified and allowing it to collide with a layer on which the blast furnace water-granulated slag particles are accumulated. It is desirable that an apparatus for the method which has a rotary projection mechanism for the blast furnace water-granulated slag and in which a receiving part for holding the layer on which the blast furnace water-granulated slag is accumulated in the apparatus has≥2m radius of curvature is used.
