<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance thermal efficiency and drying efficiency by recovering hot water with waste heat. <P>SOLUTION: Raw materials are supplied to a dry powder supply device 12, and mixed with circulated dry raw materials during transportation. The mixed raw materials are fed to a crusher 14 and crushed, and dried by bringing them into contact with hot air. The crushed raw materials are transported pneumatically and introduced to cyclones 18 and 22. The dried raw materials are took out from a lower part of the cyclone 18 and stored. While a part of them is discharged as dried stuff, the remainder is circulated in the dry powder supply device 12. A part of dry waste gas is sent to a dehumidifying tower 34 and excessive moisture is dehumidified. The remaining dry waste gas is heat-exchanged with hot air produced with a hot air producer 30, to increase the temperature, so that the hot air including heated steam is circulated in the crusher 14. The dehumidified gas is introduced in the hot air producer 30, and fresh water is turned to hot water by heat recovery of the waste heat of the dehumidified waste water with the fresh water. The hot water with heat recovered from the dehumidified waste water is heated to an available temperature by the hot air of the hot air producer 30 for raising the temperature of the dry waste gas. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
