PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mount structure for a hydraulic damper capable of preventing a car body installation bracket and a holding metal fitting from getting in contact at their inner circumferential edges with a collar so as to prevent generation of abnormal sound or abrasion of the collar or the like. SOLUTION: The collar 2 is inserted to an outer circumference at an outer end of a piston rod 1, a pair of an upper and a lower rubber bushes 3 and 4 are inserted to the outer circumference of the collar, and the inner circumferential edge of the car body installation bracket 9 and outer circumferential edges 9a and 10a of the holding metal fitting for holding the upper rubber bush are inserted between the rubber bushes in this mount structure for a hydraulic damper. An elastic member 13 is provided between the outer circumference of the collar and the inner circumferential edges of the car body installation bracket and the holding metal fitting for preventing the inner circumferential edges from getting in contact with the collar.
