PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding apparatus for an electroconductive resin molded article simple in constitution and capable of attaining simplification of a mold and miniaturization, by acting Lorentz force and to provide a molding method. SOLUTION: An injection molding machine 1 which molds the resin molded article 20 having a conductive part by using a mold 10 having a stationary mold 10A and a movable mold 10B to take the resin molded article out from the mold is equipped with an energizing means for energizing the conductive part of the resin molded article and an electro magnet device 30 for applying a magnetic field 30A to the resin molded article. The injection molding machine 1 is further equipped with an attachment 40 as a taking-out means for taking out the resin molded article, and the energizing means supplies power to the resin molded article via a holding claw 41 of the attachment. Lorenz force F1 is generated by a magnetic field 30A applied to the resin molded article 20 and an electric current 42 flowing through the resin molded article 20, and the resin molded article can be easily taken out from the mold.
