PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that it is desired to call a firehouse, the police or the like for speedy dispatch in the case of emergency but it is quite often that a wrong number is dialed in a fluster, an address can not be smoothly told, a child or the aged can not speak well or the physically handicapped requires long time for calling, particularly, it is impossible to originate the call in a case of robbery or the like. SOLUTION: A recording and reproducing device is provided with three or four push-buttons, each of the buttons is equipped with braille and destinations to contact written thereon and colored for speedy comprehension, and the buttons are pressed to transmit recorded emergency business through a telephone line and to reproduce the business, the address and the like in the destinations to contact. The business or the like is recorded in each of the buttons for each destination to contact to transmit and reproduce the business.
