PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner conductor terminal reducing a load applied to a solder connecting part and a chip electronic element and to provide a terminal unit for a coaxial connector using the same. SOLUTION: An interval between the base end of a connecting terminal and the tip part of a crimped terminal is secured by a distance for mounting the chip type electronic element, a first and a second bridge part bridging over the both terminals are provided between side edges of the both terminals, and after the chip electronic element is mounted between the both terminals by soldering, the chip electronic element, at least, including the solder connecting part is resin molded to form a mold part and the both bridge parts are cut, so that the inner conductor terminal mounted with the chip electronic elements in series in the both terminals is formed. This terminal unit is provided with the inner conductor terminal, a dielectric storing and retaining the inner conductor terminal and an outer conductor terminal incorporating the dielectric and conductively connected to a coaxial outer conductor.
