PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information reporting device for a vehicle with engine automatic stop/start function, properly eliminating the uncomfortable feeling of a driver following the automatic stop/start of an engine. SOLUTION: The device is mounted on the vehicle 1 with the engine automatic stop/start function of automatically stopping the engine 2 under automatic stop conditions and restarting the engine 2 under restart conditions for reporting information regarding the automatic stop/restart of the engine 2. During the operation of the engine 2, in accordance with a charging current in a battery 30, e.g., a time required before establishing conditions specified for the residual quantity of the battery 30, e.g., out of the automatic stop conditions is estimated and reported. During the automatic stop of the engine 2, similarly in a discharging current in the battery 30, a time required before establishing conditions specified for the residual quantity of the battery 30, e.g., out of the restart conditions is estimated and the estimated time is reported.
