PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an isocyanate in a gas phase by reducing the changes in temperature with time and ununiformity of temperature distribution. SOLUTION: This method for producing diisocyanate and/or triisocyanate by performing the reaction of phosgene with diamine and/or triamine is provided by in a gas phase of the tubular reactor including (a) a central nozzle positioned in the center of a tubular reactor, (b) at least two flow homogenizers arranged in a ring state space, (c) the ring state space between the central nozzle and the wall of the tubular reactor, (d) the wall of the tubular reactor, (e) flexible joining tubes for joining the central nozzle with the following (f) and (g), (f) a first inlet port of a first raw material flow and (g) a second inlet port for a second raw material arranged in the ring state space, supplying (1) the first raw material flow through the central nozzle to the tubular reactor, supplying (2) the second raw material flow through the ring state space to the tubular reactor and (3) homogenizing the flow rate in the ring state space over the whole cross sections of the ring state space by the flow homogenizers.
