PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind direction adjustment device with a good appearance enhancing wind distribution characteristics. SOLUTION: The wind direction adjustment device is constituted by a plurality of front louvers 2 provided in an air blow out port 1c for blowing out air into a cabin and simultaneously turnable in the same direction; a slide member 3 provided at the rear side of the front louvers 2 and slidable in a longitudinal direction; a plurality of rear louvers 4 provided on the slide member 3 so as to be perpendicular to the front louvers 2 and simultaneously turnable in the same direction; a means for turning the front louvers 2 and the rear louvers 4; and a means for moving the slide member 3 in the longitudinal direction accompanying with turning of the rear louvers 4. Therefore, the air of which the wind direction is adjusted by the rear louvers 4 can be blown out from the air blow out port 1c into the cabin without making it collide to an inner surface of a case 1a. Thereby, the wind distribution characteristic is enhanced and since a front edge of a part of the rear louvers 4 is not forwardly projected from the air blow out port 1c, the appearance is made good.
