PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly clean and comfortable cloth which shows outstanding antibacterial and deodorizing properties and moisture absorption/desorption, especially the best-suitability for use applications very often coming into contact with the surface of a skin. SOLUTION: This comfortable cloth is of the multi-layer structure that a nonwoven fabric layer composed of an active carbon fiber and a cloth layer composed of fibers having antibacterial properties and moisture absorption/desorption are laminated. The fiber is a composite core/sheath fiber containing a modified product of polyalkylene oxide and an antibacterial agent with the core polymer containing a modified product of polyalkylene oxide and contains 0.1 to 5.0 mass% of the antibacterial agent.
