PURPOSE: A toothbrush with an improved structure is provided so that a user is able to clean inside of lips, roof of a mouth, and tongue at the same time, without injuring soft tissues inside the mouth. CONSTITUTION: The toothbrush includes a head(10), a brush(20), a front cleansing plate(30), a side cleansing plate(40), and a rear cleansing plate(50). The cleansing plates attached to the front, side and rear sides of the body of the toothbrush are thinner than brushes of a general toothbrush, and made of materials having a less degree of hardness. Therefore, a user is able to wash the inside of lips, the roof of a mouth, and tongue at the same time, without injuring any soft tissues inside the mouth while cleansing each part.
