<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy a desire in a user side such as a desire to use a large number of typefaces and a desire to save labors, times or expenses for upgrading, and to stabilize benefit structure in a font provider side. <P>SOLUTION: In this system, a server computer 101 is connected to a terminal 102 of a member-registered user 3 via a network 103 to constitute a network system, and the system is provided with a user information database 203 for storing user information of the member-registered user 3 according to an agreement with a period, a font database 204, and a font data transmission part 205 for a server computer 101 for transmitting a basic installation font data including a plurality of formats of font data to the terminal 102 of the user 3, and for transmitting a new type face version of font data or an upgraded version of font data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
