SYSTEM, METHOD AND PROGRAM FOR PERSONNEL EVALUATION AND RECORDING MEDIUM RECORDING THE PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personnel evaluation system serving as an objective index in selecting personal and making it possible to quantitatively determine the medium- and long-term contributions of employees.

SOLUTION: The average value and the standard deviation of personnel evaluation points during an evaluation period that spans a plurality of periods can be evaluated with their relative weighting taken into consideration, and evaluation can be made while allowing for a trend coefficient which indicates the tendency of changes in the personnel evaluation points. Thus, evaluation can be made to see if the tendency of changes in medium- and long-term personal evaluation points is on the rise (growth) or on the fall (degradation). According to the evaluation results, the results can be displayed in groups.
