<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prediction method and system of an electromagnetic wave source which can presume adequately a position of an electromagnetic wave source by a simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: Electric field intensity from an electromagnetic wave source 10 which is detected by a fixed antenna 1, and electric field intensity from the source 10 which is detected by a mobile antenna 2 while it is moved, are measured with a field intensity meter 3 for the fixed antenna, and a field intensity meter 4 for the mobile antenna, respectively, while external synchronization is maintained. Both time waveform signals of an intermediate frequency output signal of the field intensity meter 3 for the fixed antenna, and an intermediate frequency output signal of the field intensity meter 4 for the mobile antenna, are synchronously detected with a synchronous detector 9. Time integral is calculated to a product of both the time waveform signals. A peak value of distribution of the time integral value to the product of both the time waveforms is detected as a voltage with a DC voltmeter 8, thereby presuming a position of the electromagnetic wave source 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
