<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pre-filled syringe kit which enables the separate sterilization of two or more kinds of medicines, which is free of the possibility of an elution from rubber in storage, the injury of an operator on the occasion of preparation of the medicines and the possibility of mixing-in of a foreign substance and which enables the preparation of the medicines in a simple manner and in a short time and is excellent in handling and compactness. <P>SOLUTION: The pre-filled syringe kit comprises a syringe 20 which is composed of a barrel 22 having an injection needle connecting part 21 in the fore end and of a gasket 23 inserted into the barrel 22 liquid-tightly and slidably and holds the medicine in a space formed in front of the gasket 23 inside the barrel 22 and an extensible-contractible bottomed-tube-shaped bellows container 30 which holds the medicine inside.
