<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vegetable cutting apparatus, which can perform grating and other cutting processes, and can automatically and efficiently grate and cut vegetables without requiring a manual operation after feeding the vegetables and without wasting the materials. <P>SOLUTION: The vegetable cutting apparatus is composed of a rotary body 14 for radially introducing the supplied vegetables by centrifugal force, a toothed cutter cylinder 7 which has appropriate toothed cutter blades 31, 32 and passing-through holes 30 on the inner surface thereof, and surrounds the rotary body 14 so as to give a small clearance between them, and a recovery part 5 including a cover part which surrounds the toothed cutter cylinder 7 and is arranged on the outside of the toothed cutter cylinder 7 by holding a processed vegetable discharge space for receiving the vegetable discharged from the passing-through holes 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
