PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet affixing apparatus for a wheel, capable of easily and effectively affixing an attachment sheet, with a miniature and inexpensive structure. SOLUTION: This sheet affixing apparatus for the wheel 10 for affixing an annular attachment sheet S onto the surface of the wheel is provided with a sucking plate 14, a shaft member 17 and a press-bonding means 13. The sucking plate 14 is an annular member formed with a through-hole for sucking the attachment sheet on the bottom, with a smaller diameter than a wheel rim diameter. The shaft member 17 is fitted into a hub of the wheel and is used to align the center of the sucking plate 14 with that of the wheel. The peripheral edge portion of the annular attachment sheet S sucked onto the bottom 14B is press-bonded against a rim by the press-bonding means 13, and can be relatively displaced in the axial direction relative to the sucking plate 14.
