PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize a sludge discharged from, for example, a tap water treatment plant. SOLUTION: The sludge discharged from a coagulating sedimentation process of a water to be treated is used as a ceramic raw material to manufacture porous ceramic products.
