PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of authenticating a wireless terminal device by which an authentication server can correctly grasp an actual authenticating state and a service usage state, when orders of arriving messages between a base station device and the authentication server in re-connecting a terminal device to the same base station are mixed up. SOLUTION: (S10) The terminal device #1 has established a wireless connection #1 with the base station, and is using service #1. (S11) Wireless connection of an old connection is interrupted, and a disconnection message is transmitted from the base station device to the authentication server with no success. After that, (S12) authentication processing of a new connection and service starting processing are performed, and then the disconnection message is re-transmitted from the base station device. In this case, since the new connection and old connection each have a different connection identifier, the authentication state and the service usage state of the new connection are never cleared even after the disconnection message is received.
