PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a magnetic circuit in series or in parallel and enhance the degree of freedom of changing a material, etc. by constituting a field control motor such that a magnet is mounted or not mounted on a rotor on motor side or on a field control rotor. SOLUTION: For this field control motor, the rotor (9) on the side of the motor (130) is provided with an annular magnet (100) for the field of a field control rotor (20), and the magnetic circuit is put in series commonly for use in the motor. The rotor (9) on the side of the motor (130) is provided with a rotor magnet (100A). In the case that the field control magnet (20) does not have the magnet, the magnetic circuit is made parallel, thus enhancing the field control motor in the degree of freedom of materials at the time of constituting the motor.
