PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a situation that transmission of a voice packet is waited by presence of a packet for computer communications. SOLUTION: Presence/non-presence of a transmission request is confirmed with respect to a transmission memory connected to an interface for voice packet communications and when there is no transmission request, a transmission request is confirmed with respect to a transmission memory connected to an interface for computer communications. A transmission packet inputted from the interface for voice packet communications is outputted to an interface for network connections while giving priority over a transmission packet inputted from the interface for computer communications.
