PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently immobilize an antigen or antibody on a carrier surface, in a method for measuring a generation state of immunological aggregation reaction in a mixing process after a carrier having the antigen or antibody corresponding to the antibody or antigen of an object in a specimen is mixed with the specimen. SOLUTION: The antigen or antibody is immobilized on the carrier via an amino acid sequence having bonding ability for the carrier.
