PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a measurement device capable of improving measurement precision while reducing power consumption of a measurement circuit. SOLUTION: A measurement sampling period TL of an ordinary measurement mode is set to be shorter than a measurement sampling period TH of a precise measurement mode, and during a measurement sampling interval in the ordinary measurement mode, measurement sampling in the precise measurement mode is arranged.
