PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a putty coating material having a little odor and a high flash point, and providing a coating film having excellent drying properties, toughness, durability and adhesiveness to a base material. SOLUTION: The putty coating material is obtained by using a resin composition comprising (A) 5-70 wt.% unsaturated ester obtained by reacting an epoxide compound containing 60-100 eq.% epoxy resin (based on the epoxy group) and 0-40 eq.% allyl glycidyl ether (based on the epoxy group) with an unsaturated monobasic acid, (B) 50-20 wt.% compound represented by general formula (I) and (C) 45-10 wt.% compound represented by general formula (II) as a binder. (In formulas, R<SP>1</SP>is a 1-12C alkylene group or a total 4-12C oxyalkylene group comprising at least two≥2C alkylene groups bonded by at least one oxygen atom; and R<SP>2</SP>is hydrogen or a methyl group).
