PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a pharmacological effect by diffusing vitamin C through the surface of the skin into the neighborhood of a targeted specific site of the skin tissue near the human epidermis. SOLUTION: A liquid agent for pack mainly composed of vitamin C is prepared, each time just before using, by bringing a predetermined amount of vitamin C, which is kept in a dry powder state by separately packaging beforehand into a small bag subjected to a moistureproof treatment, into an aqueous solution or an aqueous gel. The liquid agent for pack can exhibit the pharmacological effect by diffusing vitamin C through the surface of the skin in the neighborhood of the targeted specific site of the skin tissue near the human epidermis; an aqueous solution system of vitamin C prepared in vitro can diffuse vitamin C from the system into inside of in vivo skin tissue through the epidermis without deteriorating vitamin C.
