PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus which moves the chicken manure present at the bottoms of fermenters to upper layers, ventilates the chicken manure by agitation in order to accelerate the oxygen replenishment in the fermenters and manufactures a chicken manure fertilizer having an excellent fertilizer effect in a relatively short period of time. SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises the fermenters 1 of a rectangular parallelepiped shape having a prescribed length, sliding shafts 10 movable back and forth along the fermenters 1, rotators 11 disposed at nearly equal intervals in the sliding axial direction thereof, and one or more agitating blades disposed to project in a radial direction with respect to the rotators 11.
