PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make rapidly obtainable a large volume of a hydrogen reduction water which has reducibility, has an effect of preventing the propagation of miscellaneous germs and is effective in preventing the slime of a bathtub etc., and a water containing active hydrogen effective for imparting SOD (active oxygen removing enzyme)-like activity to the water for household purposes with a simple structure. SOLUTION: Hydrogen is dissolved in the water taken out of a bathtub 1 and circulated with a pump 3 and is made a dissolved hydrogen in a gas-liquid mixing tank 4. This water is irradiated with UV rays in a UV irradiation tube 18, by which the water containing the active hydrogen is prepared. The active hydrogen water containing fine air bubbles 24 of the active hydrogen is returned from a pressure releasing section 5 into the bathtub 1. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
