PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique used for eliminating the stagnation of water or sludge to be treated in a discharge pump tank. SOLUTION: A sewage treatment tank 101 has the discharge pump tank 131 for discharging water treated by being passed through a plurality of treatment tanks provided in a housing 110. The discharge pump tank 131 is provided with a discharge pump 133 which draws and discharges the treated water 131a and an agitating stream supply means 141 that supplies an agitating stream 142 to the lower part of the discharge pump 133.
