PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically rotate and return a part of a structure such as a seat of a chair in a prescribed direction before/after or during using the structure with a simple and inexpensive constitution. SOLUTION: The structure 1 such as a rotating chair has a placing part (seat) 2 for placing a person or a matter thereon, and is rotatable on the grounding surface of this. Then, the rotary shaft X1 of the placing part 2 is tilted from a vertical line X2, and the centroid of a rotator rotating around the rotary shaft X1 with respect to a leg 3 is set to a position deviated from the axis of the rotary shaft X1 so as to automatically rotate the seat 2 until reaching a position where the centroid of the rotator is the lowest in the vertical direction.
